Volvo s60 rear high level brake light?

Recently purchased the volvo s60 and have now found that the high level brake light in the back window is not working. Checked the fuse and it's not that. Can we change it (and how) or does it have to go to garage?

Hi there it could be the light itself but i would check the wiring to light as well especially if it is a hatchback where it comes out of car ad into hatch door Jock
